Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to be responsible for providing executive assistance. This position is a high visibility position supporting the CEO and the President, as well as other members of the Senior Management Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel arrangements and heavy calendar management for multiple executives;
- Serving as gatekeeper for CEO and President;
- Time and expense reports;
- Coordinate details and logistics of all company, board meetings and special events;
- Assist in new employee hiring/onboarding;
- Conduct new hire orientations for all new employees (company policies, procedures and benefit administration);
- Responsible for meeting deadlines on ad hoc projects;
- Process employee payroll and handle all AP functions;
- Other office manager responsibilities as needed;
Successful candidates will have:
- 5-7 years of experience working as an executive assistant;
- College Degree Required;
- Ability to understand directions and work independently on projects;
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Superb interpersonal skills and be a strong team player who works with other employees to achieve positive results;
- Advanced knowledge of MS office;
- Proven ability to prioritize and effectively juggle numerous projects simultaneously;
- Strong project and time management skills;
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills;
