Executive Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to be responsible for providing executive assistance. This position is a high visibility position supporting the CEO and the President, as well as other members of the Senior Management Team.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel arrangements and heavy calendar management for multiple executives;
  • Serving as gatekeeper for CEO and President;
  • Time and expense reports;
  • Coordinate details and logistics of all company, board meetings and special events;
  • Assist in new employee hiring/onboarding;
  • Conduct new hire orientations for all new employees (company policies, procedures and benefit administration);
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines on ad hoc projects;
  • Process employee payroll and handle all AP functions;
  • Other office manager responsibilities as needed;

Successful candidates will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience working as an executive assistant;
  • College Degree Required;
  • Ability to understand directions and work independently on projects;
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Superb interpersonal skills and be a strong team player who works with other employees to achieve positive results;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office;
  • Proven ability to prioritize and effectively juggle numerous projects simultaneously;
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills;
